Under den senaste veckan har media rapporterat om flera f�retag som s�ger upp de anst�llda f�r att ist�llet hyra in dem via bemanningsf�retag. Listigt kan det tyckas. F�retaget slipper arbetsgivaransvaret med allt vad det inneb�r samtidigt som man kan hyra precis s� m�nga medarbetare man beh�ver vid varje enskilt tillf�lle. Dessutom g�r det att byta kompetens fr�n en dag till en annan. Visserligen blir det kanske lite dyrare men det j�mnar v�l ut sig i det l�ga loppet. Eller? Jag �r m�h�nda lite gammeldags men jag kan �nd� inte l�ta bli att f�rundra mig. H�r har svenska f�retag (och offentliga verksamheter) under �rtionden talat om "Personalen �r v�r viktigaste resurs" och man har satsat p� kompetensf�rs�rjning, l�ngsiktigt h�llbara arbetsmilj�er och f�rst�s employer branding. Allt detta tolkar jag som att f�retagen anser att medarbetarna faktiskt g�r skillnad f�r aff�rerna/verksamheten och att det �r l�nsamt att satsa p� god personalpolitik och ett gott ledarskap. penat tau...hari2 asyik fikir perkara yang sama je...tah kenapa, sejak 5 tahun ni aku asyik 'berperang' dengan perkara yg sama... battle yang tak pernah aku menang..'perang kurus!' Tah mana silapnya, aku rasa aku memang jenis yang kurang makan..tapi berat badan ni melonjak2 naik tak terkawal lagi...dlm 3 bulan, boleh naik 5 kilo..sekarang berat aku officially 65 kilo, sedangkan tinggi aku cuma 145cm... 20 kilo overweight tu...aduuuu mulai hari ni, aku akan rekod semua makanan yang aku makan, siap dgn pukul berapa dan berapa banyak intake..aku pun nak start jogging / execise sekurang2 nya 30 minit sehari..minum air dgn banyak, elakkan makanan bergoreng dan cuma akan makan nasik 2 hari sekali...tu plan aku buat masa sekarang...umur pun dah 28, masih lagi dengan masalah yang sama..tak abis2.. so start hari ni, makan tengahari: nasik putih setegah pingan (1.5 mangkuk) ikan keli goreng (puhhh) sayur manis masak lemak (puhh lagi) air teh ais (adehhh)

kua kua kua. less than a month to year 2010. goodbye chio purple nails. i thought you deserve to live for the longest time, but no. sad x 100000000000000000 sigh, i'm just not gu niang enough to own pretty nails. boring November yo! and i overspent again! ): birthday party... he left me with the girls most of the time and had army talk with the boys as usual. last weekend... he drove to my old and smelly workplace with five during lunch time. had yummy ramen together. i went back to office to do work then ian returned to fetch me and we went town after that. japanese food for dinner. my fave pizza so far. thumbs up! one and half year old ginger. now i know why ian's fierce bear got flat pancake face. haha! know why, because while he was busying playing PS3 games, his baby cousins were busy attacking the bears! this bear is the lucky fellow! ian always bring it along whenever he travels overseas. check out what the evil cat did to my...
